Triathlon coaching

Consistent hard work alongside staying healthy leads to success. As your coach I will support you to achieve both of these. I will provide detailed analysis of performance data, but also encourage you to recognise your biggest performance limiter may not be what you think it is. Whether you are returning to sport (after a break, post injury or post pregnancy), currently a high performing athlete, or just looking to improve your understanding of the science behind your performance, I will help you get the most out of yourself and enjoy the journey to success.

What's included

  • Goal setting - Initial consultation covering sporting history, time constraints, goals and aspirations to inform goal setting.

  • Workout planning and analysis - Setting and monitoring of training sessions adjustments to your plan as required through Training Peaks. 

  • Technique - Technique analysis and support with a focus on both improving performance and injury prevention.

  • Nutrition - Nutritional advice for training and racing.

  • Racing - Race pacing and race strategy advice.

  • Strength & conditioning - Tailored support and session plans

Unlimited contact

To ensure your success I only offer one tier of coaching - unlimited contact by phone, message or email, whatever works best for you. I will then adapt your plan as required based on your feedback.

 

Triathlon coaching costs £120 per month, no other fees.

 

If you are a student, unemployed or the cost of coaching is a significant barrier, please reach out as we may be able to make accommodations.
